About Baystone

Built Between Markets

Baystone Capital is a cross-border real estate advisory firm connecting Japanese and Asia-Pacific capital with opportunities and relationships across U.S. commercial real estate.

Our Approach

More Than Deal Sourcing

Cross-border investment succeeds or fails on the details that surround the transaction, not only the transaction itself. Baystone focuses on bridging the differences that most often slow cross-border real estate down.

Investment Criteria · Market Conventions · Communication · Local Relationships · Transaction Expectations

Baystone bridges U.S. real estate opportunities with Japanese and Asia-Pacific capital through cross-border relationships, market access, and communication.

A Cross-Border Perspective

Between Two Markets

U.S. commercial real estate and Japanese capital operate across different market conventions, investment processes, and communication styles. Baystone was built to work between those environments — combining an understanding of Japanese investor expectations with relationships across U.S. real estate markets.
